Tribute to Mahatma Gandhi -Nikhil Badde

This Month’s 1st Blog post is dedicated to the Father of the Nation and Its Animals.

We all recognise Mahatma Gandhi for his humanitarian works; very few also know that he was very passionate and respectful person even towards animals.

He believed that an individual who treats an animal justly and kindly is a good hearted human being. As animals cannot retaliate or seek justice like human, they suffer and forgive all pains caused by human beings and are speechless.

Nikhil Badde dedicates this day in the memory of Mahatma Gandhi and his thought for Animals.

Nikhil Badde – Design Professor, has sketched a white leopard as rear and near extinction species, it is also an exotic animal visually. This sketch and saying is in the memory of our Bapuji.

Mahatma Gandhi, dreamt of a great Nation formed by Individuals of great Vision and Compassion.

Let us remember that, killing natural habitat animals, eating them and mistreating and slaughtering them for personal gains and demands, or even abusing animals and destroying their natural habitat; is not a noble act.

It is also forbidden by law, but most importantly, ‘Karma’ keeps account of all such acts of an individual towards animals.

Most importantly, our great leaders do not approve of such acts and nor do the Compassionate Ones.

Let us be as kind and respectful towards all life forms around us as we want people to be with us. - Nikhil Badde

Ellipses Explained

The Circles are Ellipses in Sketching especially when drawn in Isometric views and 3 Dimensions.

These Ellipses are explained her in the illustration by Nikhil Badde – Design Professor.

The Minor and Major Axis when determined in the isometric square are drawn as shown in the 3 planes here. When the tilt and the angle increases, only the minor axis reduces in length (as shown on the left).

The Measure Axis however is always through the centre of ellipse and tangent to the points where the circles (ellipses) touch the frame squares.
